How to Connect your Mobile Device(Most Setup in 15 minutes or less)
1.Download the Smartlife App: Download the "Smart Life" from the app Store/Google Play, or scan the QR code on the user manual.
2.Install Water Hose Timer: Turn on the Bluetooth of your phone. Go to the Smart Life app and log in, and then tap"Add device" or"+" to add the hose timer in app. Select "Industry&Agriculture">"Water vlave controller(BLE)", please connect the irrigation timer to an outdoor hose faucet where its signal won't be obstructed. Press the On/Off button for 5 seconds until the indicator rapidly blinks, then pair to the water timer.
3.Program Your Timer with the App: Waiting for connecting to be 100%. Now you can program your timer on your phone.
Warm Tips
1.The best range for connection and control is within 49.2ft in the open area.
2. To prevent leakage, make sure that the water timer is tightly attached to the faucet and hose, add rubber washer and thread seal tape if necessary.
3. When the power is low, please replace the power unit in time. When replacing the power unit , please make sure that the water timer is dry.
4. Please handle the watering timer carefully: Do not subject it to shock, do not leave it outside in the winter without a special cover.
5. After long use, the rubber washer may fail, replace it to avoid leakage.

A:

Q: Why Bluetooth keeps dropping connection
A:
1. The Bluetooth of water timer is currently in sleep mode, please wait 5-10 seconds, the device will automatically reconnect. Or scroll down to refresh the home page of the APP, or disconnect the Bluetooth from your phone and turn it on again 2. If the device has been connected by other mobile phones, please disconnect first. 3. Make sure the battery is fully charged and place the phone as close to the device as possible. 4.Please note that you don't need to stay connect once you setup your schedule. The device will always keep your watering settings and work automatically according to the schedule.
Q: Why is the water valve out of little water？
A:
If your are gravity feed system such as rain barrel system, then it won't work and will keep low water pressure. Gravity feed has no real pressure when dealing with a rain barrel. It needs pressure measuring.
If it was a tank on top of a barn, or some other high place, then it may work.
Q: Why the working range is under 49.2ft not as description?
A:
The maximum working range is 49.2ft in the open area without interference. If there are walls, iron gates or bushes blocking, you need to shorten the distance between them to better receiving range.
