This is Fastheads CRF250R or X stainless steel economical trail rebuild package. The service performed on your Head. Includes tear down,soda blast cleaning, inspection, high flow valve seat profiles cut, valve stem and installed spring height checked and corrected, professional assembly and vacuum checked for proper sealing. Parts include new stainless steel valves, ProX Stainless intake stainless intake valve and spring kit, OEM exhaust springs, viton blue guide seals. This package outwears the stock OEM Ti intake valves and reduces valve adjustments. We can adjust your valve shims for another . If your exhaust guides need replaced add .

We do not suggest Stainless intake valve kits for racing as they reduce the power by 2hp and revs slower and were not intended to use at high RPM.

Our most popular and longest wearing option rebuilds your head with Beryllium Copper intake seats and Bronze Manganese exhaust guides with Chromium Nitride PVD DLC coated Titanium intake valves, OE stellite or stainless exhaust valves, upgrade springs and viton seals. It also includes bowl porting. The package maintains full hp compared to stainless steel intake valves. 9
Note: Old school methods of seat cutting and valve grinding do not work on modern motocross race heads. Most automotive machine shops and most motorcycle shop hand grinders will not cut the precise concentricity needed in these high RPM heads. This is due in part to the small valve stems and flex in the pilot guides. We use the race developed Rottler SG7 seat and guide machine with special tooling for motocross and powersports heads.  We specialize exclusively in these type of heads.
