Ground / Bus Bar Kit.
These are custom made, in the USA, to last a lifetime.
The Busbar is made from C110 Copper
The mounting brackets are milled from 6061 aluminum.  The Eriflex insulators are high quality devices meeting UL requirements.
These kits are rated for 424 amps working current (at an ambient temperature of 86 Degrees F and a working temperature of 194 Degrees F in free air).
These are built for the operator who requires good performance and will last a lifetime. This kit can be used to eliminate ground loops that may be responsible for poor audio quality and distortion.  Or, this kit may be used to provide a convenient connection point for DC power distribution, greatly reducing resistive losses at the point of connection (voltage drop).  You will experience a low voltage drop of less than 40 millivolts across the entire length of the bus bar at 424 amps and 194 Degrees F working temperature.
Equipment operating in strong RF fields (or even without the strong RF field) may react poorly to multiple chassis ground points. Multiple separate chassis ground points may result in a voltage differential between the various pieces of equipment.  This can cause unexpected problems during transmitter or receiver operation.  Some effects may include buzzing, hum or squealing (feedback) in the transmit audio, cycling of relays and other "ghost" type problems.  Single point grounding may eliminate these problems.
- The copper ground bar measures 1/4" x 1" x 7".
- The machined "Ground Bar" has seven (7) 0.201" holes spaced at 3/4".

- The stand-off brackets are fabricated from 6061-T6511 aluminum bar stock.
These brackets measure 1/2" tall by 0.7" wide by 1.5" long.
- The bus bars are drilled for 1/4" bolts to attach the insulators and 0.201" holes for mounting.  The brackets can be mounted using #10 screws.
- The Busbar / Ground Bar is insulated using "Eriflex" insulators rated at 600 volts.
The kits include:
(2 each) 1/4"-20 x 1/2" stainless steel bolts,
(2 each) 1/4"-20 x 5/8" stainless steel bolts,
(2 each) 1/4" stainless steel flat washers,
(2 each) Insulators
(2 each) stand-off brackets,
(1 each) 1/4" x 1" x 7 ground bar with seven (7) holes drilled for #10 screws.
